Practitioners > Katie Brewster
Katie did her osteopathic training at the British School of Osteopathy in London, qualifying in June 1995.
After travelling for a month through Africa, Katie came to work at Farfield House. With experience Katie has become interested in working with the problems of the head, neck and face. The breadth of approach required by this area has enabled Katie to enjoy in depth post-graduate training in cranial osteopathic technique.
Katie has also worked at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London and finds that this approach to babies and children can be highly effective in improving symptoms from unsettledness in newborns and babies with colic, of recurrent infections and ear infections to behavioural difficulties.
Having lived and worked in France and Italy after having done her first degree at Lancashire Polytechnic Katie wanted to return to Yorkshire.
