Osteopath

Katie did her four year undergraduate osteopathic training at the British School of Osteopathy in London, qualifying in June 1995.

Having lived and worked in France and Italy after having done her first degree at Lancashire Polytechnic Katie wanted to return to Yorkshire and thus came to work at Farfield House in September 1995.

With experience and continued professional development Katie has become interested in working with the problems of the head , neck , face and thorax (Chest). The breadth of approach and precision of knowledge required by this area has enabled Katie to enjoy in depth post-graduate training in cranial osteopathic technique.

Katie has also worked at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London and finds that the cranial osteopathic approach to babies and children can be very helpful.
