Osteopath

John qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1987.

Gaining experience in working in two practices as an associate at first, then setting up Farfield Osteopathic Practice in 1990, which has grown into a practice with 5 Osteopaths. John also works at Settle Health Centre and Grassington Medical Surgery.

John has recently retired from 20 years service to Wharfedale rugby club.

Whilst John still enjoys the biomechanical aspects of sports injuries, he also has an interest in using dietary / supplementation, relaxing and de-stressing techniques keeping in mind the whole person and the interplay of muscles and joints, biomechanical and psychosocial aspects affecting all of us on a daily basis.
